Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

ScaleAgents.io (operated by The Consultants Accelerator LLC) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website, client dashboards, and partner portal.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. Conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA also substantially supports compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Measures we take

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The measures we currently take include:

Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks, headings, and a declared page language.
Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images and labels for form controls.
Keyboard operability and visible keyboard focus indicators throughout.
A "skip to content" link so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass navigation.
Color-contrast review against WCAG AA thresholds for text and interactive elements.
Responsive layouts that adapt to zoom, small screens, and assistive technologies.
Periodic automated audits (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) and remediation of issues found.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues — for example, certain third-party embedded widgets (scheduling, chat, or video) are provided by external vendors whose accessibility we do not fully control, though we choose vendors with accessibility in mind and provide accessible alternatives on request. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see below) and we will prioritize a fix or provide the information in an accessible format.
