When you fill out a form, book a strategy call, sign up for a paid plan, or contact us, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes:

- Phone number
- Business name and business details you choose to share
- Payment information (processed by our payment processor — see below)
- Anything else you voluntarily send us by email, SMS, or call
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as:

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and partners that help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it. These include:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, messaging, calendar, and workflow infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Anthropic and other AI model providers — to power the AI conversations that are part of our service
- Email and SMS delivery providers — to send the messages you've authorized
- Analytics providers — to understand site usage in aggregate
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to keep the site and services online
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
5. AI processing
Our services use third-party AI models to generate and send appointment-setting messages on behalf of our clients. When you correspond with a ScaleAgents-powered AI conversation, the content of those messages is processed by AI model providers under their respective terms. We do not use those messages to train public AI models, and we configure our integrations to opt out of training where the provider offers that option.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal limits
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from emails using the link in the footer of every marketing email, or reply STOP to any SMS
- Do not sell or share — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
To exercise any of these rights, email scott@scaleagents.io from the address on file. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
ScaleAgents is based in the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the United States, you understand and consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites (such as YouTube, GoHighLevel, or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
