Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers and advertising partners automatically collect technical and usage information, including:
- Pages visited, referring/exit URLs, links clicked, and time spent
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen information
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Session identifiers, cookie identifiers, and advertising identifiers
- Conversion and event data associated with our advertising (see Section 4)
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google), lead sources and referral partners, our clients (where you are their lead or customer), and publicly available sources, and we may combine it with information we already hold.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services
- Create and manage your account and community access
- Respond to inquiries, book calls, and provide support
- Process payments and manage subscriptions and billing

- Measure, attribute, and optimize our advertising and marketing (including via the partners in Section 4)
- Operate, train, evaluate, and improve our own internal models, tools, automations, and workflows (see Section 6)
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. Cookies, pixels, and advertising technologies
We use cookies, local storage, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your session and preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising.
First-party analytics. We run our own first-party, privacy-conscious page-view analytics to understand site usage in aggregate.
Advertising and conversion tracking. Our website and certain landing pages include the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and may include Google advertising and conversion tags. These tools set cookies and/or collect identifiers and event data (such as page views, form submissions, and purchases) and transmit that data to the respective advertising platform so we can measure ad performance, build audiences, and show you relevant ads on and off our site. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, this use of advertising technologies is treated as the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and may be considered a "sale" of personal information. See Section 7 for how to opt out.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and limit interest-based advertising through the advertising platforms' own controls (for example, your Meta and Google ad-settings) and industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org/choices. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Services function. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described here: with service providers and partners that help us run our business, with advertising partners as described in Section 4, and as required by law. Our categories of recipients include:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, messaging, calendar, and workflow infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI / model providers — to power and operate the AI features of our Services (see Section 6)
- Twilio, email, and SMS / voice delivery providers — to send the communications you've authorized
- Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms — for measurement, attribution, audience building, and advertising (see Section 4)
- Analytics, hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers — to operate and secure the Services
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) and authorities, where required
We may also disclose information to comply with law or a valid legal request, to protect our rights, safety, and property or those of others, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be among the transferred assets.
6. AI and automated processing
Plain-English transparency. We are an AI company, and AI is core to how we operate. We use artificial intelligence, machine-learning, automation, and developer tools — including third-party models (such as Anthropic's Claude) and internal/agentic tooling such as Claude Code — to deliver, run, analyze, support, secure, and improve the Services and our business.
This means that information you provide or that is generated through your use of the Services — including form submissions, messages, transcripts, recordings, support requests, account and usage data, and the content of AI-assisted conversations — may be processed by these AI systems and automated tools, both to deliver the Services to you (or to our client, where you are their lead) and for our own internal business purposes, including analysis, quality assurance, debugging, building and tuning our systems, training and improving our own internal models and workflows, and developing new features.
We do not sell your personal information, and we configure our integrations to opt out of having your content used to train third-party providers' public, general-purpose models where the provider offers that option. We may use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data — which does not identify you — for any purpose, including benchmarking, research, and improving our offerings. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to this AI and automated processing as described.
7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights below. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers; commercial information; internet/network activity; approximate geolocation; audio/electronic information such as call recordings; and inferences). We collect it from the sources, and use it for the purposes, described in Sections 2–6. We disclose it to the categories of recipients in Section 5, and we "share"/"sell" the categories of identifiers and internet activity used for advertising as described in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your rights: to know/access the personal information we collected and how we use and disclose it; to delete it; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / opt out of targeted advertising. To opt out of the advertising-related "sharing"/"sale" described in Section 4, you may: (a) email support@scaleagents.io with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share"; (b) use the opt-out controls offered by Meta and Google on their platforms; and (c) enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser, which we will treat as a valid opt-out request for that browser/device where required. To exercise any other right, email support@scaleagents.io from the address on file. You may use an authorized agent; we may verify your identity and the agent's authority before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. Your rights in the EEA, UK, and other regions (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a similar jurisdiction, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, market, and improve our business, balanced against your rights), consent (for certain marketing and cookies, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation.
You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email support@scaleagents.io. Because we are based in the United States, using the Services involves transferring your data to the U.S.; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Marketing communications and your consent
When you submit your information through any of our forms, funnels, opt-ins, calls, or community sign-ups, or otherwise inquire, you are consenting to receive communications from us — including marketing and promotional emails, SMS/text messages, and calls — on the contact details you provided, in addition to transactional messages.
Your consent stays in effect until you opt out. Once you have inquired or opted in, your consent does not expire after any set period. We may contact you about our products, services, offers, and updates on the channels you provided until you choose to opt out — whether that is days, months, or years later. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of email by clicking unsubscribe or emailing support@scaleagents.io. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or account-related messages.
10. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, run our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of data and the purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
13. Third-party links and platforms
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and platforms (such as YouTube, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Meta, Google, and scheduling tools). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
